MAIN & 41st @ 5679 Main Street, Vancouver, BC

The neighbourhood of Riley Park is home to the Vancouver Olympic/Paralympic Centre and Nat Bailey stadium – home of the Vancouver Canadians baseball team. The area is also home to the two thriving areas of Main Street and Cambie Street. Main Street is known for its great selection of shops and restaurants – where you can find locally-designed clothing, antique and collectable goodies for your home or the perfect craft beer to slake that thirst you worked up while shopping.

The NW corner of Main Street and 41st is the location of our newest project. We’ll be constructing a six story building with a ground floor retail space of 7,563 square feet with five floors of residential rental units above. We’re doing a mix of bachelor suites, one bedroom and two bedroom units.

Two levels of undergrade parking can be accessed off the lane accomodating 35 cars and 30 bicycles. We’ll be providing both a community garden space for tenants to grow their own produce and a rooftop lounge and BBQ area where you can sit and enjoy the views over beautiful Vancouver.

Because it’s currently an empty lot, we’ll be starting construction early spring of next year. In the meantime we’ll be cutting the grass.
